Booking Confirmation: Booking a service call with Green Planet Electric is subject to availability and will be confirmed based on the scheduling priority determined by Green Planet Electric.
Payment Guarantee: Your successful payment guarantees your reservation for the scheduled service call.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of service calls must be made within the specified time frame as communicated by Green Planet Electric. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in applicable charges or fees.
Service Area: Green Planet Electric's service calls are available within designated service areas, and availability may vary based on location.
Service Scope: The service call will be conducted in accordance with the specified terms of the service agreement and will cover the agreed-upon scope of work.
Additional Charges: Any additional services or materials required beyond the initially agreed scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before we start the additional work.
Warranty and Liability: Green Planet Electric's service call is subject to the terms of the warranty and liability outlined in the service agreement and the applicable laws and regulations.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the service location and ensuring a safe working environment for Green Planet Electric's service personnel during the scheduled service call.
Compliance: Customers are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to the service call and the premises where the service is to be provided.
Consent: You consent to receiving text messages or email communication related to this appointment, as well as any future correspondence. You have the option to opt out of these communications by notifying us at any time.
Wiring Fees: When required, the fees from the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) included in any of our prices are provided as a general estimate only. The actual fee charged may vary.
Agreement: By booking a service call with Green Planet Electric, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated accordingly.
By using our online quote pages services, you further agree to the following terms regarding pricing based on location. The prices displayed for some of our services reflect the basic price for our base location, Oshawa. This pricing is applicable only within this location.
We reserve the right to apply a minimum charge for services rendered. This minimum charge will be communicated to you prior to the service being delivered.
For services delivered outside of our base location, we may apply a location variance charge. This charge reflects the typical pricing for our services in the alternate location and may vary based on local market conditions.
For services rendered out of town or in locations that incur additional costs, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing accordingly. These costs will be assessed and communicated to you before the service is confirmed, if our system did not provide the add-ons based on location or you did not choose them manually when creating your order.
